As a training centre accredited by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) to deliver French-language training on its guidelines — which serve as key reference frameworks for social security institutions — EN3S is offering 3 training programmes in 2026, including 2 brand-new ones.
One session will be dedicated to long-term care. These new guidelines, published in 2025, aim to provide institutions with practical tools to strengthen their response to loss of autonomy linked to ageing, life accidents and the consequences of certain chronic conditions. Examining the guidelines from a broader perspective will help define various strategic approaches for building a comprehensive framework conducive to the implementation of quality long-term care, accessible to all, within a constrained budgetary environment.
The second new session focuses on ISSA guidelines for the communication of social security administrations. In an environment shaped by growing demands for transparency and increasingly diverse audiences, this training helps participants rethink their communication strategies in order to build trust, improve information accessibility and enhance the effectiveness of their messages.
Finally, the training on error, evasion and fraud addresses a strategic challenge for the sustainability of social protection systems. Drawing on ISSA recommendations, it offers a comprehensive and balanced approach that combines prevention, detection and risk management, while also integrating ethical and organisational dimensions.
